Rarity a shining beauty. She looks so cute right now I could just hug her. I absolutely love Rarity's eyes. They are so big and beautiful. Her blue eyes are sparkling. She has very long luscious eye lashes. Her pale blue eye shadow makes her dark blue eyes stand out of course. But Rarity loves fashion and make up so she always does that. But I love this picture over all it is perfect just like Rarity. You drew her mane great! I always loved her mane. Not curly curly like Pinkiepies's but not straight like twilightsparkes's it is in the middle and that is what makes it very pretty. No wonder Spike is crazy about her. She is perfect!

Wow, did you actually do this with MS Paint? I find it hard to believe... but still, accomplishing such a thing means you have quite some talent there.
