This is a nice concept, but MLP artwork is so samey and so overdone. It's cute, I'll give you that, and the animation isnt too bad (Though perhaps a slightly flickering ear or quivering mouth would add to the piece so much more).
The eyes are cute, and your lines are smooth, but adding shading here and there would certainly bump up your marks- or perhaps making her a different style to bump up the originality a little? Also, does she even have that much hair? I try to avoid MLP at all costs but Im sure even from what I've seen that mane is a bit on the big side

Either way, keep up the good work, and continue trying to improve- practice makes perfect

Hello.
First off, her hair covers up too much of the picture. It's like,
"WHERE THE HELL IS HER NECK?"

The animation is too static. Make is smoother by adding more frames in between.
Vision: I really dislike MLP, but if I have to pick a pony I ~~like the best~~ dislike the least, I would have to pick Fluttershy. You represented her innocence fairly well on this piece.
Originality: As ~portaljumper339 said, there are way too many "D'AAAAW LOOK HOW ADORABLE FLUTTERSHY IS ASDFGHJKL!!!11!!one!!" pictures littering dA. Because of this, I give you only one star in originality.
Technique: Your skill level is not all that great. I mean, this was done on MSPaint. If you want to blow me away, make an epic animation (with shading) done in GIMP or Photoshop, not a jumpy .gif done in MSPaint.
Impact: This did not impact me in any way. Sure, it coaxed tiny "Aww" from me, but it did not make me cry for world peace. If I want to be moved by a piece, I'll read a Dylan Thomas poem or view a striking painting with a deep, hidden, meaning.
