This is great.
Although, i'd like some detail about the OC. like what she likes, what she hates (ect ect.)
Making a changling OC is hard, seeing as they can only be one color (Black), and they have to have certain things involved with them and...(ramble ramble). And you did a fabulous job with her design, and not adding ridiculous markings, or non-canon things.
I really like her blue wings, you made them perfect!The hair is pretty, too.

Now i gotta fill this space to meet the requirements for the critique. blagh blah burp gaug fung dung bob mer hur.
